This\u00a0multi-actor and multi-ecosystem cooperation\u2014linking forests, wetlands, islands, and coastal and marine ecosystems\u2014was a decisive factor in FAO\u2019s global recognition of the initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201c<em>This recognition by FAO underscores the strength of our collective work and the relevance of cross-ecosystem cooperation to build resilience in Mediterranean territories<\/em>,\u201d <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">said the\u00a0<em>AIFM team, <\/em>present at the FAO Global Technical Recognition Ceremony held in Rome on 15 October 2025, during the World Food Forum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This acknowledgment highlights both AIFM\u2019s active contribution within the Consortium and the success of a truly collaborative Mediterranean effort.
